Holly is passionate about reducing single-use plastics, so much so that she set herself the goal of replacing 1 million plastic bread bags with reusable cotton bread bags (Aussie Bread Bags) by July 2024. Her bread bags are created in Avoca Beach and used across Australia. The Avoca Beach Bakery is also an Aussie Bread Bag stockist.
