Avoca Beachside Markets
The award-wining Avoca Beachside Markets are held monthly in the centre of Avoca Beach, in Heazlett Park on the foreshore of Avoca Lagoon, and host produce, local art and musicians, skincare, jewellery and international food. Brad and Bianca from Fixx Events are passionate about minimising waste from the market including promoting reusable bags, including bags made by Boomerang Bags in Kincumber, reusable coffee cups and water bottles, and have eliminated single-use plastic cutlery from their events including the Avoca markets. They also have regular event waterfront clean ups with Take 3 for the Sea and Sea Shepherd to keep Avoca Lagoon clean.
