Earth and Sky is a boutique yoga studio in Avoca Beach offering morning, day and night-time classes. The welcoming, friendly and fully equipped studio is surrounded by trees and is located within the grounds of the Avoca Beach Hotel. Classes are carefully tailored to support all levels of student from the beginner to the more experienced. Expect small class sizes to ensure personalised attention and care. Cassandra Missio the principal teacher and has over 20 years teaching experience and offers regular workshops and retreats.
